We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who will manage a range of accounts payable and administrative responsibilities. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours. Key Responsibilities: Process outgoing payments Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices Daily banking needs Reconcile accounts payable reports and maintain accurate financial records to support audits and compliance Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Accounting Department Generate and manage Excel-based reports and data tracking Assist with internal communication and follow-up as needed Work independently while staying aligned with department goals and timelines What We're Looking For: Previous Accounts Payable experience Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Highly organized with strong time-management abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor Compensation & Benefits: Starting wage of $21 per hour, with consideration for experience.
