Position Overview: B&T USA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, corporate credit card transactions, and various other transactional issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors. * Keep accurate records of all transactions. * Utilize accounting software to handle accounts payable for different entities and vendors. * Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices. * Prepare check requests and ACH transactions. * Establish and maintain relationships with vendors. * Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are accounted for and properly posted. * File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports. * Maintain accrual and prepayment accounts ensuring accuracy. * Reconcile inventory related invoices ensuring 3-way match. Required Education/Experience * Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Three or more years of experience in an Accounts Payable role required. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop or related accounting software. * Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and records. * Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. * Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Work Environment: * Work performed in a combination of office and warehouse and environments. Job Type: FT – Hourly On-Site Monday to Friday. May be required to work extended hours and/or weekends when needed to meet workload. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, corporate credit cards, and vendor invoice processing. Responsible for reconciling accounts, maintaining accruals, and ensuring accurate 3-way matching for inventory invoices.
