ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist you’ll be the heart of keeping our finances running smoothly. From reconciling vendor accounts to ensuring daily transactions are processed accurately and on time, your eye for detail will make a big impact. You’ll help bring aged accounts back on track and work closely with both our valued suppliers and out internal teams to build strong, trusted relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Transactions Services Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Processing and coding of invoices
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve any payment queries
• Ensuring timely payment of invoices
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
