BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you are responsible for effectively paying invoices based on company policy and obtaining payment approvals via Nexus for invoices. This position monitors supplier W-9 submissions, issues 1099’s, and performs monthly accounts payable reconciliations. Your ability to own your work and drive success will make a direct impact on the communities we serve. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Obtain payment approvals via Nexus for invoices. Pay invoices based on company policy Enter invoices in accordance with the budget Monitor supplier W-9 form submissions. Issue 1099's. Perform monthly Accounts Payable reconciliations. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience and/or Training Considerable knowledge of real estate and generally accepted accounting principles. Technology/Equipment Yardi and Sage Intacct experience preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT U.S. Work Authorization (required).
