Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Highland Hills, OH
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–22/hr

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0–2 years of professional experience; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance or Accounting background a plus).
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

• Retrieve and review files from assigned VMS systems on a daily basis.
• Determine optimal methods for funding and reconciliation (true-up) processes, documenting procedures for execution.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance funding efficiency.
• Partner with Service and Implementation teams on client and prospect VMS initiatives.
• Track and maintain performance metrics related to VMS systems.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
