We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly. Position Overview: The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the dealership’s outgoing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of invoices. This role is critical to maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting overall financial health. Key Responsibilities: * Process and verify invoices for payment * Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies * Prepare and issue payments (checks, ACH, etc.) * Maintain accurate and organized financial records * Assist with month-end closing procedures * Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications: * 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience (automotive industry experience a plus) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * High level of integrity and professionalism Benefits: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) with company match * Opportunities for growth within the organization
