We are seeking a detail-oriented and Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in AP operations, vendor management, and financial systems like NetSuite. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations across multiple departments and entities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable; 10+ years preferred
• Experience in telecommunications, healthcare, tech, or investment industries is a plus
• Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
• Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and financial controls
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable for multiple vendors and departments
• Review, validate, and process invoices in accordance with company policies
