Your tasks

• Review and processing of invoices and credit notes
• Execution and preparation of payment runs as well as processing of bank payments
• Maintenance and control of accounts payable, clearing and control accounts
• Processing outstanding invoices, supplier inquiries and payment reminders
• Maintenance and modification of master data in SAP and other systems
• Support with voting and compliance with internal processes and guidelines

This is what you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in accounts payable
• Safe handling of SAP
• Experience in a corporate environment or shared service center is an advantage.
• Structured, meticulous and reliable work ethic
