Accounts Payable Specialist (m/w/d)

with development prospects in finance transformation, digitalization and international processes

Here you can realize your potential:

• Responsibility for checking, booking and tracking incoming invoices from our European sales companies
• Processing travel expense reports via Concur
• Assistance with booking and monitoring bank transactions
• Assistance with monthly closings, analyses and reports
• Active participation in digitalization, transformation and optimization projects in the finance sector.
• Support in the further development of our procure-to-pay processes
• Collaboration with international departments and colleagues within Europe as well as our US corporate headquarters
• Contributing own ideas to improve processes, systems and workflows

This is what sets you apart:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
• First to several years of professional experience in the area of ​​Accounts Payable, Accounts Payable or Finance Operations
• Interest in digital solutions, process optimization and modern finance processes
• A structured work approach and a willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different contacts.
• Very good German and English skills
• Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur or similar systems is advantageous, but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of VAT is welcome.
