As Accounts Payable Specialist:

• You’ll input invoices. Fortunately, you’ve got an associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or two or more years of Accounts Payable experience!
• You’ll reconcile vendor statements. It’s important to check all the information in invoices to make sure we’re not over or underpaying. You’ve got that eye for detail that we need!
• You’ll issue checks/ACHs. When it’s time to pay a vendor or reimburse an employee, you’ll be the one processing those payments.
