THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND We're looking for passionate, detail oriented, and empathetic people to join our Accounts Payable team. OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU Coding invoices to proper general ledger accounts; ensuring proper authorization of all payables Processing special and weekly check runs; preparing accounts payable checks and remittance advice Setup new vendor accounts, including relevant W9 information Assists offices with filling out applicationsChecks and processes all vouchers for payment, prepares invoice deduction notices, negotiates late fees and balance adjustments as necessary Answers all vendor inquiries, analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted Prepares credit applications for new vendors Prints all accounts payable reports, creates and maintains all accounts payable files- including all leases binders Analytically review invoices for variances from historical data Prepares analysis of accounts, as requiredAssists with special project, such as new staff development, sales tax audit, and budget development/analysis, as requested WHO WE ARE Our globally recognized healthcare team is comprised of some of the top minds in ocular medicine. Responsibilities
