Job Description As Accounts Payable Specialist you have a strong sense of pro activity and precision. Supporting the (international) business, you will be responsible for some of our main markets, where it’s a plus if you are familiair with the UK&I market. Processing their invoices and payments timely and correctly is where your journey starts! You’ll be interacting with your team lead, other accounting assistants and our financial controllers daily and you’ll also be communicating with other colleagues in the local business and within the finance team, (local) vendors and landlords or -less frequent- with external auditors. With the capability to communicate in the local language, you can really make the difference in accelerate our accounts payable and provide full support to our countries. Furthermore you will: Process invoices on a daily basis correct and on time; Po matching on invoices; Prepare weekly payments; Keep vendor cards and suspense accounts clean; Settle bank statements; Maintain masterdata; Improve quality of information on vendor invoices; Handles all vendor correspondence. Qualifications For this role, we are searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist with a professional attitude, strong ethical code and strong time management skills. You are familiar with the basic account principles and adapt easily to new ways of working. You have and eye for detail, strong verbal and written communication skills and you are excited to be part of our Rituals family. On top of it, you have: Full knowledge of the English language Bachelor level education; Experience in accounts payable in a international, commercial environment; Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
