Key Responsibilities
Invoice Processing: Promptly and accurately process and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines.
Data Entry: Record all relevant financial documentation with precision.
Accounts Maintenance: Maintain detailed accounts payable records using SAP (ERP software) and quickly resolve any discrepancies.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts, review transactions, and prepare payment batches for timely processing.
Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams and vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment or account-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP , with experience in additional systems such as Sage, Oracle, and advanced-level Excel.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
Problem Solving: Ability to investigate and resolve account discrepancies professionally and quickly.
Work Ethic: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is considered an asset.

Experience working with ERP systems in mid to large-scale organizations.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Sage, and Oracle.
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with invoice coding and general accounts payable operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication abilities for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel for reporting and reconciliation tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
