• You are responsible for checking and posting incoming paperless invoices.
• You will create the payments for our domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
• The ongoing monitoring of creditors and the associated clarification of outstanding items are in your hands.
• You process travel expenses using SAP Concur.
• Furthermore, you will assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for our domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
• You actively collaborate with internal departments worldwide.
• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• You are distinguished by your professional experience in accounts payable and a strong understanding of business processes.
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in process optimization, handling large amounts of data, and a basic affinity for modern technologies (e.g., AI-supported tools).
