Highlight:

• Basic salary up to $4000
• 5-day work, 8am - 5:30pm
• AWS + 2 to 3 Performance Bonus
• Up to 20 days AL

Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and payments accurately.
• Perform invoice verification and posting into the accounting system.
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor GRIR and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and accrual activities.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments on payment enquiries.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

Job requirement:

• Candidate with experience to independently handle Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience using SAP / SAP HANA / Power BI will be an advantage.
