Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Arlington, VA (fully onsite)
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 plus bonus
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fast-paced accounting team with a growing construction developer. This position sits in the client’s Arlington, VA office five days a week and is a permanent opportunity. Candidates must have 2+ years of AP experience within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle AP processing
• Manage and process accounts payable invoices
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Prepare and analyze monthly accounts payable reports
• Assist with the audit process

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of AP processing experience in a construction environment (subcontractor documentation, requisitions, liens, etc.)
• Experience using Procore ERP system (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
