We are seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and ethical Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and contribute to the success of the Business Office Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is savvy with technology and web-based programs, understands accounting principles, and has a strong knowledge of Excel. Compensation: $22-$28/hour Key Responsibilities: Post all payable invoices daily and reconcile with vendor statements and schedule. Disburse checks promptly and accurately. Balance statements and finalize data for reporting. Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in the system. Manage end-of-year 1099 filings. Print and maintain all accounts payable reports and files. Maintain sublet schedules diligently. Conduct and review trending analysis for accurate financial forecasting. Answer accounts payable phone calls and follow up on inquiries. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in a position of Accounting or Accounts Payable Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred Automotive Dealership experience is a plus Experience with CDK is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Tech-savvy, comfortable with web-based programs, and proficient in Excel.
