JOB SCHEDULE: Part-time (30 hours or less per week) JOB LOCATION: Onsite 3-4 days in office (OneBeat East in Ocean Township, New Jersey) PAY RATE: The hourly pay rate for this job is up to $18.00 per hour. Pay will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The Finance & Compliance Team Member supports the organization’s financial operations and compliance processes, with a focus on seasonal event-related transactions. This role is responsible for processing reimbursements, maintaining accurate records, assisting with payroll and payments, and ensuring adherence to financial policies. The Finance & Compliance Team Member works closely with the Finance & Compliance Manager, seasonal staff, and cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant financial practices throughout the event season WHAT YOU WILL DO Assist with reviewing Ramp card transactions and receipts for seasonal team members. Assist team members in navigating Ramp and resolving transaction issues. Log checks to studio accounts Monitor balances for studios and confirm payments with the Operations Department. Support additional finance-related tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail. Ability to process and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently. Strong communication skills for working with seasonal staff and cross-departmental teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information Education/Experience: Associate’s or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field(or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar financial software preferred.
