• What You'll DoMonitor bank account activity, including incoming and outgoing payments, refunds, returned payments, tax direct debits and bank charges.
• Investigate, allocate and clear bank reconciliation breaks and payment exceptions.
• Review duplicate invoice reports and resolve invoice mismatches, aged items and processing exceptions.
• Support Finance and Business Units with invoice processing.
• Respond to vendor and internal queries regarding invoice status, urgent payments, processes and policies.
• Provide guidance on vendor setup and maintenance.
• Support AP onboarding for new entities, including invoice processing, vendor accounts, bank accounts, payment runs and testing.
• Coordinate audit and compliance documentation and evidence.
• Support outsourcing governance and business continuity activities.
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation and control records.

What We're Looking For✔ Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, including invoice lifecycle, vendor setup, payment controls and reconciliation.✔ Good understanding of internal controls, audit requirements and segregation of duties.✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when investigating reconciliation breaks, invoice mismatches and payment exceptions.✔ Ability to coordinate effectively with Finance, Procurement, Business Units, auditors, vendors and other internal and external stakeholders.✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deliverables alongside urgent and ad hoc requests.✔ Clear written and verbal communication skills.✔ Strong command of English.
