Entry level position
8am to 5pm, flexible start time 8:30am

• Review and separate invoice documents for processing
• Verify invoice data captured by OCR (optical character recognition) software
• Open, scan, and route daily invoices using A/P automation software
• Review vendor statements and assist with weekly check runs
• Organize and file voided checks
• Monitor and maintain A/P supply inventory
• Review employee expense report
