We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor of Merchandise to join our team in our Administrative Offices in Laureldale, PA! Job Responsibilities: Oversee Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, payments and resolution of vendor discrepancies Supervise a small office staff Positively and effectively interact with Vendors, Buyers, Logistics and other departments as required towards the goal of identifying and resolving issues Maintain accuracy through problem solving and independent decision-making capabilities along with the skills to plan, organize, develop, interpret and implement business office programs, objectives and procedures Acquire the ability to train and support coworkers in all Accounts Payable tasks Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with all aspects of the division Qualifications: College diploma or equivalent related experience Prior retail experience is a plus Computer skills should include a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
