This role is responsible for processing all accounts payable, coordinating vendor accounts, and maintaining accurate financial and tax documentation. In addition, this role provides administrative support.. What You'll Do: · Process all accounts payable, including inputting invoices into the computer system and mailing payable checks. · Coordinate payables with department heads as directed. · Maintain organized files of paid invoices according to established policies and procedures. · Review monthly expense reports for accuracy, make adjustments as necessary, and prepare account status copies for distribution. · Conduct quarterly audits of accounts payable records. · Order and maintain office supplies for all community departments. · Maintain office equipment such as copiers, postage machines, and telephones; report malfunctions and coordinate repairs as necessary.
