These are your tasks:

• Reliable and timely preparation and posting of outgoing invoices
• Monitoring of outstanding invoices and management of the dunning process
• Clarification of payment discrepancies, account reconciliation, and communication with customers and internal interfaces.
• Contact person for questions regarding invoices, payments and account reconciliations
• Active support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Creation of reports, analyses and overviews
• Efficient, digital and future-proof process optimization

You should bring the following:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in finance and accounting
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or receivables management
• Confident in accounting processes and a good understanding of numbers, accounts and relationships.
• Proficient use of ERP or accounting systems as well as the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Structured, meticulous and independent work style as well as prioritization of tasks
• Clear, professional and service-oriented communication – both written and verbal.
• Team spirit and a sense of responsibility, as well as a solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset to help shape processes.
• Excellent German skills; English skills are an advantage.
