KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE:

HS Diploma
Two (2) to five (5) plus years of accounts receivable experience
ERP Experience required, Accumatica experience desired
EDI experiences desired
Microsoft Excel and Outlook knowledge required
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Information management and organizational skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Applies Customer Payments, ensuring discounts are properly taken.
Generate, audit, and send out invoices daily.
Maintain accurate and organized records related to accounts receivable.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
Assist with monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities; research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Ongoing communication with customers regarding open invoices, credit memos, etc.
Prepare and review Account Receivable aging to ensure compliance, collect data and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly credit reporting.
Makes Adjustments to accounts as needed.
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Assists corporate financial officers and accounting personnel as necessary.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
