Your tasks:

• Processing of current accounts receivable
• Conducting bank accounting and payment transactions
• Retrieval, import and posting of bank statements
• Implementation of the dunning process, including dunning runs and debt collection.
• Takeover of receivables management
• Processing of trade credit insurance and conducting credit checks
• Account reconciliation for various companies
• Review and preparation of travel expense reports for booking
• Cash register entry
• Review and coordination of ZM reports
• Participation in the further development of existing processes

Your qualifications:

• Extensive experience in accounts receivable
• A solid understanding of accounting procedures and processes.
• ERP knowledge
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of how to use banking portals is an advantage.
• English language skills are an advantage for communicating with international clients, but not a requirement.
• Team-oriented and structured way of working
