Your tasks

• You will independently handle all tasks arising in financial and accounts receivable accounting, including the associated account and intercompany reconciliation.
• You will be responsible for booking and checking daily incoming payments; knowledge of the credit note procedure (e.g., Bensberg) is an advantage.
• They assess the creditworthiness of their customers and release the credit limit.
• They are responsible for conducting dunning processes and forwarding claims to the debt collection agency.
• They work together with colleagues in the office and field service as well as our customers to clarify outstanding receivables.

Your skills

• completed commercial training or a comparable qualification 
• at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivable. 
• Good user knowledge of SAP R/3 FI and common MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word and Outlook), S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage. 
• good knowledge of sales tax
• careful, independent and reliable work ethic, excellent communication skills, and very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
