area of ​​responsibility

Independent processing of accounts receivable;

creation, review and posting of outgoing invoices;

monitoring of outstanding items and account reconciliation

; implementation of dunning procedures and receivables management;

reconciliation of customer accounts;

support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

; maintenance of master data and preparation of reports;

collaboration with internal departments and external contacts

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting;

experience in accounts receivable or financial accounting;

proficient use of common ERP systems and MS Office;

structured, meticulous and independent work style;
