• Monitoring and managing customer accounts receivable
• Processing incoming payments and reconciling them with outstanding invoices
• Creating and sending payment reminders for outstanding payments
• Maintaining and updating customer accounts
• Communicating with customers to clarify payment issues
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Collaboration with other departments such as sales and controlling
• Creating reports and analyses on outstanding receivables

Requirements profile

• Completed commercial training or a degree in finance, economics or a comparable field
• Experience in accounts receivable or a similar position
• Proficient use of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Precise and structured work methods
• Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
