Description

Independent execution of ongoing financial accounting with responsibility for timely and correct payment transactions.
Careful review, recording and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as processing of bank transactions and standing orders.
Taking over the dunning process, including monitoring outstanding items and controlling outgoing payments.
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements, including preparation of VAT returns and support of fixed asset accounting.
Support with cash flow management and liquidity monitoring through the provision of relevant accounting data.
Responsibility for communication and coordination with authorities, customers and suppliers
