We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Assistant to join our friendly admin team in Dandenong South. This is a part time position for 24-26 hours per week. Work hours will be agreed with the right candidate.

• Accounts Receivable- record/reconcile payments, follow up on overdue/debtor payments, maintain accurate records
• Ad hoc accounts receivable tasks
• Liaising with customers & Sales team by phone & email
• data entry of matching purchase orders to supplier invoices
• Support accounts payable -processing of invoices
• Other administration duties as required
