Responsibilities

Scan cheques (online deposits)
Deposit cheques, EFTs, Payquad payments (Total Units appx 1700). Send Payquad reports to Site Administrators)
Assist all Site Administrators residential queries
Issue AR Reports around the 10th and around the end of each month and as requested by Property Managers
Issue Availability Report each month
Process other tenant charges
Process LMR refunds and other move out refunds
Move out Tenants and send to collection if needed.
Issue N4s by the 10th of each month
Issue N1s (Some with pending and current AGIs and manually calculate as such)
Check Leases and adjust accordingly.
Issue LMR interest to tenants as required
Send ledgers to Legal and Site Administrators
Send Payquad Welcome letters
Post NSF cheques
Process Parking Addendums
Issue tax receipts
Post Move out Notices
Update LMR Deposit as requested
Review ledger for discrepancies and resolve
Close Tenant’s Accounting
Attend to all Residential Queries by callers and Site Administrators
Assist at the reception as needed (generally during receptionist’s lunch period, or time off)
Candidate must be well organized, and work collaboratively with other staff members.
