Check out our website: Airetech Corporation | HVAC Equipment Partner Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Share customer billing/job costing duties Backup - Deposit checks and any incoming ACH amounts and properly save/store both in the accounting software Share - Process lien waivers Backup - Send monthly statements via email/mail Share - Request and pursue delinquent accounts from the aging report Share - Process customer credit card payments Share - Assist in coding to correct customer on received commission payments Prepare, submit, and timely file monthly Sales/Use tax reports for all applicable states Backup - Generate inventory count sheets and post updated counts from warehouse managers Performs other duties as assigned. Experience and Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
