MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of business experience, preferably in collections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with large ERPs like Oracle or SAP

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of Accounts Receivable Analyst involves managing a portfolio of 300-350 customers, with a focus on collections via email and phone, applying credit memos and payments. Experience in credit analysis is a plus for providing backup support to the Credit Team, especially using D&B.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all collection efforts for trade receivables, including contacting customers and field operations.
• Act as a liaison to resolve receivable matters and disputes.
• Provide support to field offices for customer accounts-related activities.
• Recommend payment plans for customers as needed.
• Respond timely to statement inquiries and questions on the Accounts Receivable master phone line.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other departments and team members.
• Perform consolidated account summaries, pulling data from multiple locations for reporting.
• Engage in special projects, including audit support, month-end tasks, and other duties as assigned.
