Our Calgary-based client needs a sharp, fast-moving Accounts Receivable Analyst to help clean up and reconcile a complex AR ledger tied to leases and mapped to the GL. This is a focused, short-term role where accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are key.

Review and reconcile the AR ledger mapped to the GL
Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as credits (e.g., overpaid rent)
Understand lease structures and associated charges
Work within Yardi (preferred) or similar systems to clean up data
Analyze various unique scenarios within the ledger
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data related to rent, fees, and credits
Ask critical questions and dig into details
Ad-hoc duties as requested
