Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with policies, and support overall business operations by managing cash flow effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Monitor incoming payments, process customer invoices, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Review, process, and reconcile vendor invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments and collections.
  • Maintain and update records of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Develop and implement improvements to AR/AP processes to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
