JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview
The AR and Treasury Administrator will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of our business. This individual will be responsible for interfacing with clients to handle billing and collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive client relationships. Additionally, the role will oversee treasury functions and manage bill payments to support the smooth operation of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar role (experience in the construction or homebuilding industry is an asset).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Client Billing & Collections:

  • Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections professionally and tactfully.
  • Address client inquiries related to billing and payments, ensuring excellent customer service.

Treasury Management:

  • Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Assist in forecasting and managing company funds to ensure financial stability.

Bill Payments:

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and maintain organized records of all transactions.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, cash flow, and payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.
