Description Accounts Receivable Assistant (part-time) UEI® Group companies are worldwide leaders in the manufacture and supply of foil stamping and embossing products. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to support our accounting function in a part-time capacity. This role blends accounts receivable and front-desk responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. What you will do: Accounts Receivable & Accounting Support • Collect customer payments by phone and send follow-up collections emails • Match accounts payable checks to invoices and file checks and AP receipts • Assist with basic accounting tasks as needed Office & Administrative Support • Manage front-desk operations - answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail • Drive to the bank and post office to complete transactions • Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned UEI Group Services/Infinity® Foils, Inc./Indeed is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
