We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate that is well versed in the automotive industry.
The position is hourly and will range from $20 - $23 per hour, depending on qualifications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• 3+ years experience with an automotive supplier (manufacturing or engineering)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in excel
• Detail oriented, organized, team player
• 100% in person work location (remote work not available)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Required)
• Accounts receivable: 2 years (Required)

• Process multi-company invoicing
• Assign project numbers
• Post customer deposits
• Communicate with internal management and external customers regarding billing discrepancies and collections
• Job Cost tracking and reporting
