This role plays a key part in ensuring our customers, schools, and partners experience smooth and accurate billing, while supporting the financial health of our company. • Verify and process billing information with accuracy.
• Release and monitor orders in the JDA system to keep customer transactions moving smoothly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling calls, emails, and account inquiries (payments, balances, credits, etc.).
• Communicate with customers about payment issues, credit card declines, and address updates.
• Process credit memos, refund checks, purchase order vouchers, W-9 vendor applications, and tax-exempt certificates.
• Support internal teams by handling requests from Customer Service and Sales.
• Review and resolve account issues, including credit limits and outstanding balances.
