QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A high school diploma or the equivalent plus a minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training
  • Understanding of basic AR/AP concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer credits, rebates, and credit card payments.
  • Apply cash receipts and reconcile transactions.
  • Handle credit memos including rebates, intercompany, tech service claims, NTCA/CTEF/MTI coupons, sponsorships, SRCs, returns, and pricing issues.
  • Download and review monthly deductions and problem invoices.
  • Make daily collection calls for short payments and past due invoices.
  • Provide documentation and dispute support for retail customer payment reductions.
  • Summarize and transfer data to the general ledger.
  • Verify, post, and reconcile transactions from source documents.
  • Generate trial balance reports and prepare adjusting journal entries.
  • Resolve deductions through payment or posting to aging.
  • Research financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by management.
  • Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
