If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Accounts Receivable Associate (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. In this role, you’ll manage the full cycle of financial transactions, including bi-weekly refund reporting, regular account reconciliations, and the careful handling of chargebacks across key platforms. You’ll also ensure the accurate and timely execution of wire payments. A key part of the position involves improving efficiency through automation and reporting on those enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who excels at spotting and resolving discrepancies, such as unapplied payments. What you’ll be doing: Produce and review the bi-weekly Refund Report, ensuring all transactions are accurate. Reconcile unapplied and unassigned payments to keep general ledger accounts clean. Manage end-to-end chargeback processing, including investigation, recording, and dispute follow-up. Monitor chargeback status to minimize losses and maximize recovery. Prepare and apply daily wire payments across multiple platforms, ensuring timely month-end assignment. Ensure all wire processes comply with internal controls and banking requirements. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve processing accuracy. Resolve wire issues (e.g., rejects, recalls) and maintain clear documentation for audits. What you need to bring: We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following: Knowledge of billing, collections, and basic accounting processes. Previous experience with payment posting and application. Prior experience handling refunds, disputes, and billing issues. Our hiring process is very straightforward.
