Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Associate's primary duty is to communicate with customers about their outstanding balances and secure payments for the accounts they have been assigned.  Supervisory Responsibilities: * None Essential Job Functions: * Adhere to established protocols for assessing customer accounts and identifying outstanding balances.  * Reach out to customers to secure payments for both current and past-due amounts.  * Notify your supervisor of any discrepancies related to payments.  * Elevate any client inquiries that require further investigation or resolution.  * Helps with receipt and payment inquiries for locations.  * Furnish customers with copies of invoices as required. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Experience & Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required. * Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and strives for accuracy.  * Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  * Exhibits strong organizational skills.  * Possesses proficiency in relevant computer applications.  Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
