JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will act as the right-hand person to the Financial Controller, contribute to planning and coordination, and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries. The combination of coordinating tasks and hands-on involvement makes this position both exciting and challenging.

  • Processing healthcare claims and returns;
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies;
  • Ensuring an up-to-date sub-ledger that aligns seamlessly with the general ledger;
  • Processing bank statements and handling written reminders;
  • Acting as the go-to person for colleague inquiries;
  • Analyzing processes, identifying connections, and proposing improvements;
  • Contributing to process optimization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in financial administration;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language.
