REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Call center experience in a high-volume environment.
• At least 3 years of credit and collections experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word (intermediate level).
• Team-oriented with a results-driven attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate client account records and manage overdue accounts.
• Follow up with debtors via phone, mail, and email.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve payment disputes, and provide statements.
• Reconcile and issue final invoices for account cancellations.
• Prepare necessary reports and handle other assigned duties.
