Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a large downtown Winnipeg company to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-orientated professional to join an established payment processing team. Please note this is a full-time Monday-Friday in-office role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous office experience.
  • Proficiency with data entry and MS Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good mathematical aptitude with an ability to reconcile numbers.

  • Accurately apply a high volume of customer payments to open accounts receivable balances, both electronically and manually.
  • Data entry of electronic deposits, cheques, and credit cards.
  • Open and sort incoming mail and cheques into batches for processing.
  • Support team members with data entry and special projects as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing.
