KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Past Due & Current Payments: Accurately handle and record payments while following up with customers on outstanding balances.
• Invoice Accuracy: Ensure all invoices contain correct details, including labor, parts, warranties, and charges.
• Customer Service: Answer calls and emails, addressing payment inquiries and account concerns with professionalism.
• Administrative Support: Assist in various accounting tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
