I’m looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk in Mont Royal:
Summary: Manage client accounts, oversee debt collection, and handle general accounts receivable tasks. Ensure timely payments and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Overdue Account Management: Identify and contact clients with overdue payments.
  • Client Communication: Make calls, send emails, and reminder letters. Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Payment Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans and ensure adherence.
  • Client Records Update: Record communications and actions. Create and validate customer credit.
  • Payments: Record and reconcile received payments. Perform bank deposits.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on accounts receivable status. Analyze payment trends.
  • Credit Policy Application: Apply credit policies and recommend adjustments for high-risk clients.
  • Departmental Communication: Collaborate to resolve billing issues.
