Our client, a Canadian-owned and rapidly growing environmental technology company based in Guelph, is seeking a Contract Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their small but dynamic finance team. This individual will support the full AR cycle, including collections, payment processing, and customer communications. This is a contract position with an immediate start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle with accuracy and efficiency
• Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts
• Perform collection follow-ups and maintain aging reports
• Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and billing issues
• Investigate and resolve AR-related discrepancies
• Assist with payroll tasks as needed
• Support the CFO with general accounting duties and documentation
