The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for the data entry of incoming service tickets and the timely and efficient billing of services provided to our customer.

• Data entry of ticket information for billing purposes
• Ensure required information has been obtained on tickets, prior to billing
• Invoice entry into specialized billing programs for customers to process and remit payment
• Track status of invoices sent for signature, return, and submission for payment
• Assist in other accounting support such as weekly and end of month billing and collections as needed
• Other duties as assigned
  The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, displays strong customer service skills and communicates well.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
