Description Lashbrook is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. This is an in-person, Monday thru Friday, day shift position. Summary of Responsibilities: Perform day to day accounting duties including reconciling credit card, depositing checks and processing credit memos Manage the collections process with past due customers in a professional manner Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers; Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Take inbound and make outbound calls as needed Research accounting issues assigned by other departments Reconciliations of month end close schedules per Controller Interfaces with Auditors and works on other projects as needed Skills/Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Some college education preferred but not required. Hard working and attention to detail. Great organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
